WELCOME TO BILLTRAQ

BillTraq (BTQ) provides unique Internet and Mobile electronic payment solutions necessary for the much anticipated broad Consumer adoption of, and high growth rates in, online payments and billing.

By 2012 two-thirds of all bills are expected to be paid electronically, up 20 percent from 2007.  Sixty-one million households used Internet banking in 2007, and 82 million online banking households are expected by 2012.  However, significant barriers to electronic payment adoption exist, fueled by Consumer concerns over security and ease of use - despite changes in technology.  This creates a major holdup in market-wide adoption of online and mobile payments that is not yet being effectively addressed.  Market adoption will continue to increase at single digit rates, but BillTraq is uniquely able to promote rapid double digit adoption and growth by directly addressing Consumer concerns and eliminating hesitation in early adopters.

BillTraq offers a paradigm shift in electronic payment by freeing Consumers from inefficient and restrictive financial transaction practices.  Proprietary BTQ features offer Consumers real control over their electronic payment transactions by providing greater safety, security, and much greater ease of use.  By comparison, BTO payment transactions can be completed, with greater security, using less than a fifth of the keystrokes, dialog screens, and clicks required by current online bill payment systems.  In addition, BTQ does not require Consumers to disclose their sensitive credit and bank account data to complete payment transactions.

BillTraq will initially support classic Internet bill pay (PC based), and later, mobile commerce (m-commerce) using smartphone technology will be implemented.  Few m-commerce payment systems currently exist, and those are either reworks of inefficient Internet payment methods or are overly expensive “Bill-to-Phone” systems.  Mobile commerce adoption has lagged considerably behind growth in other mobile technologies. BillTraq offers important mobile solutions that can become the new platform and standard for electronic payments in the future.
